RHD New Board of directors and CEO at Reinhold Europe AB / Ny styrelse och VD för Reinhold Europe AB
At the extraordinary GM the following board of directors were elected.
Chairman of the board - Harry Rosenberg Boardmember - Runar Söderholm Boardmember - Torsten Gunne The Board of Directors thereafter decided to appoint Runar Söderholm as CEO. Soderholm has during his career acted as CEO during more than 10 years within the real estate area as well as within the financial area. The Company will during Q1 develop a stronger business plan with a new company profile. Possible venues within MnA will be evaluated. In additon to that the The Board is pondering upon the possibilities in filing a civil law suit regarding a substantial claim in terms of financial damages. This financial compensation, if gained, would then be invested in developing the core business. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Vid extra Bolagsstämma valdes följande styrelse; Ordförande - Harry Rosenberg Ledamot - Runar Söderholm Ledamot - Torsten Gunne Styrelsen beslutade därefter att utse Runar Söderholm till ny VD. Söderholm har tidigare arbetat som VD inom fastighetsbranschen under mer än 10 år och även verkat som VD inom finansmarknaden. Styrelse och VD kommer att under Q1 arbeta fram en starkare affärsplan med en förnyad profil för bolaget. Sonderingar förekommer genom att titta på möjliga förvärv och fusioner med lämpliga bolag. Därtill värderar styrelsen möjligheten att inleda en civilrättslig process för att utkräva ett skadestånd rörande ett mycket ansenligt belopp som sedan skulle kunna investeras i utveckling av kärnverksamheten.
