IMC Dates for filing periodical reports in 2024

The Board of Directors of IMC S.A. (hereinafter the "Company) notifies the intention to provide in 2024, on a continuous basis, consolidated periodical reports containing consolidated financial statements and condensed consolidated interim financial statements.
The Company hereby communicates the dates of publications of the periodical reports in 2024: I. Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 - 30 April 2024 II. Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the three months ended 31 March 2024 - 9 May 2024 III. Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the six months ended 30 June 2024 - 29 August 2024 IV. Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the nine months ended 30 September 2024 - 14 November 2024
