PCO Appointment of Sean Mahoney as a Non-Executive Director

Pepco Group hereby announces the appointment of Sean Mahoney to the Board as a non-executive director, effective from 15 March 2024. He will join the Board’s audit and nomination committees. Sean Mahoney also serves as a director of Ibex Group, an independent investment holding company and Pepco Group’s largest shareholder.
