ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt. ("Company") informs its esteemed Investors that the following
litigation proceedings ended today in the Company’s loss in the first instance: Claimant Defendant Matter in dispute MAHART ENEFI Asset Management Plc. Litigation related to the MAHART project, removal of equipment According to the decision, the Company must transport the equipment delivered to MAHART in connection with the MAHART project and stored at the premises of MAHART Free Port Zrt., and is also obliged to pay a usage fee for the property affected by the storage from April 2024. The decision is not final, and the Company is expected to appeal the decision
