CAI Implementation of the consulting agreement

The Management Board of Carlson Investments SE, headquartered in Warsaw, Poland (the Company, the Issuer), in reference to current report No. 29/2021 dated October 12, 2023, announces that on May 11, 2023, it was informed by its partner CARLSON EVIG Alpha VC Fund that their medtech portfolio company Nutrix AG (hereinafter Nutrix), successfully closed its second round of financing, raising a total of PLN 8 million ($1.8 million). The funds will be used to develop the business on international markets, particularly in South America, and to continue research and development in Poland.
Nutrix AGI is a Swiss medical technology startup that focuses on developing software and artificial intelligence algorithms to help monitor glucose present in saliva and treat diabetes. The startup's overarching goal is to use the full potential of artificial intelligence to give patients the ability to monitor their health in an easy, non-invasive and painless way.
