•CARLSON VENTURES INTERNATIONAL Ltd 3,007,849 shares, carrying 3,007,849 votes, representing 54.46% of the number of votes at the AGM and 35.15% of the total number of votes, •BOUCHARD ET CIE SA 1,694,297 shares, carrying 1,694,297 votes, which accounted for 30.68% of the number of votes at the AGM and 19.80% of the total number of votes, •Artur Jędrzejewski - 424,792 shares, giving 424,792 votes, which accounted for 7.69% of the number of votes at the AGM and 4.96% of the total number of votes.
