CAI Obtaining registration in the register of virtual currency activities by a subsidiary entity

The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE, based in Warsaw, Poland (the Company, the Issuer), hereby informs that on March 9, 2023 it became aware that the Issuer's subsidiary TECHVIGIO Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, KRS No. 0000331984 (hereinafter Techvigo), on March 2, 2023, was entered into the Register of Virtual Currencies Business. According to the Register kept by the Chamber of Fiscal Administration in Katowice. The entry bears the number RDWW-657. A subsidiary of Techvigo Sp. z o.o. may engage in the following activities: exchange between virtual currencies and means of payment, exchange between virtual currencies, intermediation of exchanges referred to in paragraph a or b, and maintenance of accounts referred to in paragraph 17(e) of the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism of March 1, 2018.
The information was deemed confidential due to the increase in the scale of operations and growth rate of the CARLSON INVESTMENTS Group.
